Program Overview
The Verizon Service Award Program is a recognition program designed to honor Verizon
employees who have reached service milestones. A presentation packet is sent to the
employee when he/she reaches a service milestone. The packet contains a Certificate, a
Congratulatory Letter, a Lapel Pin and Ordering Instructions. Orders are placed by phone,
by logging into the Verizon Service Award Program website or by email. Gift orders are
shipped to the location specified in the data file, which in most cases is the employee's
home address.
